How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

What are your shipping costs?

For a limited-time promotional period, we’re offering FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
(After the promotion ends, orders under $50 will have a flat $4.99 shipping fee. Orders over $50 will continue to qualify for free shipping.)

Where do you ship to?

We offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! We'll be sure to send the correct plug type for your country, too.

When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery takes 8–12 business days from the date of processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.

My tracking info isn’t updating. What should I do?

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment. If it hasn’t updated after a few days, please contact us at support@katchyvibez.com.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please contact returns@katchyvibez.com to initiate a return.

Do I need to return all items if I purchased a bundle?

Yes. For bundled offers or multi-item deals, all items in the bundle must be returned together to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How do I start a return?

Simply email returns@katchyvibez.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Please email returns@katchyvibez.com within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.

Do you offer customer support on weekends?
